Founded in 2008 by two friends with a shared love for the wines of Priorat and Terra Alta, this winery buys grapes from a variety of villages near Falset. This wine brings grenache from Falset, and samso from old vines in Guiamets.
As well as this wine, they also produce a dry pedro ximenez (PX) a grape typically known for producing high sugar dessert wines.
There's an abundence of fresh young red fruits in here: cherries and raspberries, along with some slight peppery notes. On the palate this is smooth with lusciously silky tannins. It went through malolactic fermentation in staineless steel and then seven months in oak, and each stage has softened this wine.
