The Torrontes grape is originally from northern Spain, before being introduced to South America and thriving in the mountains of Argentina. Constantinos and his wife Silvia started their winery, Bodegas Krontiras, in 2004. Their wine is certified biodynamic and organic, making them some of the first in the region to use these winemaking methods.
